    Is a child seat available?

    Yes — please request a child seat or booster seat when booking. We confirm availability for your specific vehicle. There is no extra charge for child seats.

    What happens if my flight is delayed?

    We monitor all incoming flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts accordingly — no additional charge for reasonable delays (up to 90 minutes). For longer delays, we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm a new pickup time.

    Do you offer return transfers?

    Yes — return transfers are available at the same rates. When booking your return, please provide your flight departure time so we can calculate your pickup time correctly (we recommend arriving 2h30m before departure at Heraklion, 2h at Chania).

    Can you pick up from the port (Heraklion / Souda)?

    Yes — we provide port transfers from both Heraklion port and Souda (Chania) port. If you are arriving by ferry from Athens or another island, we meet you at the port exit gate. Prices are the same as airport transfers from the same location.
